Background Information

I am a graduate from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN. I have my Bachelors in Fine Arts in Education(with plans to work for a Masters). I have been working with Metro Nashville Public Schools for a year now, and I paint in the afternoon or evenings, now. I'm glad you decided to look at my webpage, and hope that you enjoy it.

These are from a one hour demo I performed for the Cumberland Arts Society, in Cookeville, TN on February 20th, 2007. The demonstration was "How to use acrylics with oil overlays to produce a finished oil landscape, ala prima."


In 2004, a near-finished van Gogh reproduction I used for texture studies in oils.
